What’s the Sustainable Business Roundtable Assessment?
Monroe County is exploring whether a Sustainable Business Roundtable (SBR) could be valuable to our local business community. When it comes to business, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. This brief assessment is your opportunity to weigh in.
Right now, many organizations are working on sustainability on their own. By bringing together businesses, nonprofits, and public sector partners, an SBR could foster collaboration and knowledge sharing around sustainability practices that support workforce well-being, environmental responsibility, and financial performance.
At this time, we’re not launching a program—we’re asking whether one is needed and what it should look like if it moves forward.
